Refurbishment of a 3 storey Edwardian house. Project included rewiring, replumbing, new kitchen and bathrooms. Some of the windows and doors were replaced to to match the existing, and many period details were reinstated, including decorative cornices, stained glass and fireplaces. The property was re-plastered throughout and fully redecorated both inside and out. The works to the exterior included a new front wall with bespoke stone copings and railings and a custom made gate to match adjoining property. To the rear the small courtyard was paved with stone and a new rear wall and gate erected.
