Sensitive remodelling of a Grade II listed house, built in 1817 with some later Victorian additions.
On a grand scale with many original features, the property required some improvements.
Works undertaken included handpainting and restoration of the existing kitchen, fitting of wood burning stoves to three of the rooms, reinstating oak parquet flooring to one of the principal rooms and restoring ornate plasterwork and decoration. The laundry/utility room was also refitted and bespoke cabinets and panelling were designed and installed to the ground floor cloakroom.
